Maiba is a German-Chilean DJ, producer, songwriter and vocalist based in Munich, Germany. Born into two cultures and shaped by extensive time in Latin America, Spain and beyond, she carries that duality into everything she creates. Latin warmth meets European precision, where rhythm and melody don’t compete but rather complete each other.

Her music lives at the intersection of Latin Tech House and Afro House, implementing both English and Spanish lyrics. It’s the kind of sound that works at sunset and at 3am; it is emotionally engaging, technically tight, built for dancefloors that want to feel something deeper.

After studying Music, Literature and Linguistics at LMU Munich and obtaining training in audio production and songwriting, she went all-in on music.

In 2015, she founded More Than Talent Records, her independent label, built to release on her own terms and to set an example for women in the music industry. Since then, she has released consistently every two to three months, placing tracks in the Top 10 of the German, British and Swiss Dance Charts, and appearing on international compilations including Women’s Vibes Ibiza 2025, Afro House Evolution Vol. 19 and Ibiza Pool Session Vol. 3.

Her sets have moved crowds at the Utopia Island Festival, The Garmisch White Festival, (where the euphoric audience stormed the stage), at Gaper Day Festival in the mountains of Austria, at iconic Munich venues like P1 and Bergson, and at properties including Soho House Berlin, Hilton and Mandarin Oriental.

Soon she will perform at the famous Wurzel Festival in Berlin.
